Do I need a new business website?

No. Fitbook is simply attached to your existing website. With a little industry know how our technicians will create a link to your club group fitness timetable. We`ll even replicate your club colours and font...as if the system had been created by you.

What if I haven`t got a website?

We have trading partners who can build you a personalised website from only $999. Incorporating your business into your club site.

Will my members use this facility?

Yes definitely! Over 85% of all Australians use the internet. With the new 2G and 3G networks for mobile phones, emails are as easily available on mobile phones the same as sms messages. How can Fitbook benefit my gym?

Can I change classes?

Can I have it free for three months?

Yes. Fitbook is available to all independent gyms, fitness centres and studios throughout Australia. We are so confident that you will love Fitbook we will install it for free for three months.

If I decide I want it how do I go about keeping it?

During your 1oth week of your clubs trial we will contact you with a report. This exclusive report will confirm how many of your members booked your classes. We will also tell you how your classes are fairing. We will also tell you how many of your members have attended your classes. If you decide to keep it You can make a 1 off payment of $250, this is an account set up fee plus permanent transfer of the system to your website. You will also be sent out a regal croft application form here you can set up your $100 (plus GST) per month payment. This figure is fixed for the duration of your contract. There is a minimum period of 12 months.

How do I promote the class booking system?

Fitbook will send you 500 A5 flyers promoting the class booking system-personalised to your business. We will also give you 3 x A3 posters to place around your gym. Our IT team will also create an E-blast for you to send to all your members. Your staff can also help informing all your members of your new piece of technology.

What after sales is there?

Once you decide that Fitbook is for your business, we will work with your staff to help you familiarise yourselves with the operating system. We will also be available from 6am – 8pm (western standard time) to help with any queries.

What is the next level for Fitbook?

We are developing an automated personal training diary which will like Fitbook automatically confirm appointments and reminders. We are also working on a sms reminder system which we hope to launch early next year. We are also trailing pay classes and specialist services which will automatically debt members accounts once classes or services are booked.
